Treatments in Caterham Valley

My peaceful and spacious treatment studio in Caterham Valley is located just a couple of minutes walk from the town centre and Caterham train station where you can escape from reality & enjoy your time of pure relaxation.

Backing onto the woodland,  you can often enjoy the tranquil sound of birdsong accompanying my serene playlist whilst you drift off into a state of deep relaxation and enjoy some self-care time. 

Appointment times are deliberately spaced out so you have the option to continue enjoying your relaxation time in the studio after your treatment if you wish. You can often feel quite spaced out after treatment so please feel free to make use of my comfy oscillating chair and enjoy some natural herbal tea.

As an Aromatherapist and all round wellness geek, I am also on hand following your treatment to offer any natural health advice you may need as well as offering a bespoke product making service for any complaints or conditions you may be looking to resolve. 

Parking is available on the drive or free of charge on the street. The exact location will be shared via your confirmation booking email once you have checked out.
